removableTrezor - removableTrezor is a Windows-based application, a simplified version of our miniTrezor program. It has to be installed onto a removable media, on which it creates a protected, safe store for your sensitive data: files are encrypted and password protected. It doesn't use the Windows' registry, so you can use your trezor (your encrypted files) on another computer, as well. The program may be downloaded free of charge, and used free by anyone.

This legal document is an agreement between you, the end user (‘User’), and Philosoft Ltd (‘Author’).

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY - The Software and any associated materials are protected by copyright law concerning all Intellectual Property Rights in effect here and worldwide. ‘Intellectual Property Rights’ means any and all rights existing from time to time under patent law, copyright law, trade secret law, trademark law, unfair competition law, and any and all other proprietary rights, and any and all applications, renewals, extensions and restorations thereof, now or hereafter in force and effect worldwide. The package is a proprietary product of the Author.

You acknowledge that the Author owns all rights, title, ownership and interest in and to the Software.

You agree not to modify, adapt, translate, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble or otherwise attempt to derive source code from the Software.

FREELY USABLE - For the terms of this Agreement you may install and use the Software on any number of computers free of charge, for your personal, internal use and also for the use of a company, for-profit or non-profit entity, governmental entity, or educational institution. Subject to the terms in this agreement, the Author grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and to use the standard version of the Software. You may not sell, lease, publish, license, sub-license or create derivative works from any software, materials or information associated with the Software, without first obtaining written permission from the Author by contacting Admin@Philosoft.hu.

UPGRADES - This license does not entitle you to any future upgrades or updates of software, although the Author may decide to make such upgrades or updates freely available. If you have comments about the Software or ideas on how to improve it, please e-mail Info@Philosoft.hu. Please note that by doing so, you also grant the Author permission to use and incorporate your ideas or comments into the Software without further compensation.

EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY: THIS SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED BY THE AUTHOR ‘AS IS’ AND ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE DISCLAIMED. TERMINATION - This Agreement shall terminate automatically if you fail to comply with the all terms of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must uninstall and destroy all copies of the Software.

GOVERNING LAW - All litigations concerning this Agreement shall be settled in Hungary by the laws in effect on the territory of the Hungarian Republic at the time of the agreement.
